Procter & Gamble has decided to give fallen golf star Tiger Woods a bit of a rest, which is a relief to all of us who've suffered those horrible Gillette ads with him, Thierry and Roger.

Tiger has said that he's going to give up playing golf for a bit, probably as a refuge from even more fans crying out "in the hole!"

Anyway, this what you'll be missing:

There's probably a hapless brand manager in Cincinnatti trying to explain to his or her bosses why Tiger seemed a good idea at the time. And, if he or she is brave, reminding them that they used to queue up to be introduced to him a celebrity golf events.

And will agency BBDO be fired too?
